Q…How long does it take to activate my subscription(s) or purchase?
A…This usually takes up to 24hrs or less from the time you bought the subscriptions (Admin, levels and/or membership).


Q…Why do you continue to bill me after the 30 days are up or every month?
A…When purchasing Membership or Admin you agreed to pay for a reoccurring 30 day subscription, which will auto deduct from your account every 30days from the date of purchase or till you cancel the account(s) (This is in the disclaimer before you had made your purchase, meaning you have agreed to the terms by making the purchase). At this time we do not offer 1 month service.



Q…It has been over 24hrs and nothing has happened!?
A…
1. Check your email that you used to purchase the subscription, we might have emailed you the reason(s) for why it has not been activated.

2. Re-mail us your Steam ID, transcript number, subscription number and email address used to make the purchase by contacting this email address admin@bigtim3gaming.com. If the info requested as above is not included within the email your process may take longer so PLEASE provide all info.

3. Please make sure to provide the whole entire steam id, majority of the time when customers subscribe we only receive part steam id..i.e missing some digits from the steam id.



Q….How do I retrieve my steam id?
A….*While you're in a game go into your console. To get into console hit the ` key...its tilda left of the #1 key or above the Tab key. Once in console type "status" then look for your name and your steam id will follow after it. It looks like this "YourName STEAM_0:0:123456".

A….***All purchase(s) are final and there is no refund on purchase or cancelled subscription(s).

Q…How can I cancel my subscription(s)?
A…To cancel your subscription(s) go into your paypal account and look for your active subscription you want to cancel. Click the subscription then when you get to the detailed subscription page there will be a clickable link for canceling your subscription(s).
