When emailing PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR STEAM ID, TRANSACTION ID from the paypal subscription and the EMAIL USED for the subscription. This will make it easier for us to track and recover your levels.

Also please check your email just incase we emailed your paypal accout for more info of why the transaction did not go through.
