"When purchasing admin from BigTim3Gaming (BTGE) you must agree to these terms. This purchase is for a 30 day subscription for admin service slot. This means it is restricted from using certain commands that can change cvars and other things that can break the server. Even though these commands are taken out of the command list, there may be a certain time when some commands have not been restricted. It at anytime a paying admin tries to use destructive commands, you will loose your admin privileges.
If a paying admin abuses the privileges offered at anytime, they can loose their admin at our discretion. When these abusive situations occur they will be dealt with on a case to case basis. An example of this would be using your admin abilities to take advantage of the server and the players in it to help only you. Also breaking the server rules set forth for the server itself also falls under an abusive admin. For example, the server has certain weapons or maps disabled and you enable them for your enjoyment, you can loose your admin privileges without any type of refund.

You must respect other admins that are playing as well. If you have a conflict with another admin, then it must be dealt with outside of the game. If you can't resolve your differences then one of the BTGE admins will help. If however you or the other admins decide to argue in the game, both admins can loose their admin privileges. No matter whose fault you may think it is, or who ever may have started the argument, both admins WILL loose their admin privileges. You are advised, in such a situation, to get the help of a BTGE admin.

If a paying admin receives numerous complaints by regular players, the admin will be placed on a temporary probation. Probationary periods will not be discussed openly to the public or the paying admin themselves. During this time period the admin will be watched by BTGE admins to determine if they should have their privileges revoked or suspended for a brief time period up to a maximum of 2 weeks pending outcome of the situation.

If at any time a paying admin must have his privileges taken away or decides that they do not want to pay anymore, the herein understands that there are absolutely no refunds. All purchase(s) are final and there is no refund on purchase or cancelled subscription(s).
